Four women and a vision.

In 1897 at State Female Normal School in Farmville, Virginia, four women forever forged their friendship by creating the sisterhood we know today as Kappa Delta. Now, 125 years later, Kappa Delta has 168 collegiate chapters and over 200 active alumnae chapters filled with inspiring, confident women. When you join Kappa Delta, you join a network of friendship, leadership, confidence and action.

Last weekend, students from across the country came together to attend the Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute at Indiana University. UIFI is a leadership academy for students involved in fraternity and sorority life. Hear from Emma Hibbitts (Iota-Centre) who attended:

“My experience at the Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute has made me a better sorority leader by examining my values, reflecting on issues that need to be discussed and improved in Greek life, and giving me the tools to solve them. Thanks to the support from Kappa Delta HQ and the Kappa Delta Foundation, I also made friends from across the country and went outside my comfort zone while learning strategies that work in different chapters. I can’t wait to start implementing what I learned at Centre and empowering Iota to always improve a bit each day!” 💚
